A special exhibition and silent auction of forty-four posters created in reaction to Russia’s brutal February 24 invasion of Ukraine.
Created and compiled by the Kyiv-based Pictoric group of commercial artists, this extraordinary collection offers sublime graphic vignettes surrounding living wartime, political and social history. It showcases Ukrainian cultural diplomacy in fighting Russian propaganda, raising awareness of the war in Ukraine and the fight against Russian merciless aggression.
Founded by graphic designer Olena Staranchuk in 2014, Pictoric Illustrators Club is a loose collaborative of Ukrainian illustrators, graphic designers, and allied artists. It views its mission in the promotion of quality and relevant graphics representing Ukraine on the international stage. To achieve this, Pictoric organizes exhibitions, master classes and lectures and actively presents works abroad by Ukrainian illustrators, distinguished by their brilliant personalities and vivid styles.
Bidding for the silent auction begins at 6:00 PM, with proceeds supporting the artists and their continuing mission.
